Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Contributors must be 18+ by the time applications close.
- You can apply for multiple roles, but you will only be accepted for one.
- Ensure that any doc links, drive folders, or image links containing your samples/portfolio are set to proper shared viewing permissions before submitting!
- Please tag work accordingly for any sensitive topics/NSFW/Dead Dove.
- Any AI created or assisted work is NOT permitted.Writer Guidelines- Applicants are required to submit at least 3 samples of their best works (1k - 3k words).
- Samples can be full-length fics or excerpts of longer works.
- At least one complete work within the word count is required.
- At least 1 Jujutsu Kaisen sample is required.
- SukuGo/GoSuku pieces are NOT required. If you have some, feel free to submit! But they're not required.
- Please make sure appropriate tags and content warnings are listed for submitted pieces as well as your portfolio, if relevant.
- Google Drive/Google Docs Links are Required. Please make sure links are accessible to the moderators. This can be double-checked by pasting the link in an incognito browser window.Merch Artist Guidelines- Applicants are required to submit at least 3 samples of their best work.
- Merch-specific samples are not required, but highly encouraged.

FAQ
What is a Zine?
A zine (pronounced like a shortened form of “magazine”) is a collection of artwork and fanfiction brought together in one collected work to celebrate a media or theme.
Who can participate in this project?
Moderators and contributors must be 18+. Anyone caught lying is subject to be removed and blacklisted.
We are also anti-harassment and anti-censorship. This project is profic and proship. Therefore, those uncomfortable with such things are encouraged not to interact with this project and to block/mute it. Thank you for your understanding.
What will be included in this project?
This project will include both fanart and fanfiction. The number of contributors will be determined after the interest check closes.
In regards to ship dynamics, we are not strict and will allow both Sukuna x Gojo and Gojo x Sukuna interpretation.
Do I need previous zine experience to apply?
Absolutely not! Everyone starts somewhere and we welcome newcomers to apply!
Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to apply for more than one position. Though, if chosen, you’ll only be picked for one spot.
Are AUs allowed?
We’ll let this be decided upon in the interest check and update this question afterwards.
Are Spoilers allowed?
Yes, spoilers are allowed.
Would you reconsider doing this as a Physical Zine?
At this time, Fire Lily is firmly a free digital zine. The mods want to do this project out of pure passion. More than anything, this is a project made by the community for the community at no cost.
That being said, based on how successful this run is, the mods are very interested in producing a physical second volume that may or may not include physical merch as well at a future date.
